Delivery & Returns
Standard Delivery is FREE throughout the UK on all orders over £50.
We have four shipping options;
- Standard Delivery £5 - Free on all orders, over £50 Delivery within 2-4 working days.*
- Next Day Delivery £7 - Free on all orders over £80* Order before 10am, and receive your order the next working day.** Not available during Christmas period from 18/12 - 3/1
- Same Day Delivery £20 - Order before midday (Monday to Friday only) and receive your order by 6pm the same day. Only available for central London postcodes zone 1-2.
- Free Click & Collect - Order before midday and collect your order for free from our Harley Street Clinic in 2-5 days. Click and Collect orders can not include Pre/Back order items, these must be ordered separately.
*This option is available for all UK Mainland addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands and other parts of Scotland.
You will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method as your proceed through checkout, and will be able to check the total order value (including postage and packaging costs) before you complete the transaction.
Returns
Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals in tact.
If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on any products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt, provided they are returned unopened and in their original packaging.
